During the celebration of Halloween week the Year 4s were set a competition to create a Halloween poster in their English chit-chat class. In groups of 4-5 students they each learnt and revised the vocabulary words to do with Halloween; pumpkin, witch, ghost, bat, jack-o-lantern, cauldron etc.
Using their wonderful artistic skills created these spooky fun posters filled with Halloween pictures related to the vocabulary learnt. The winning poster of the class each recieved an English magazine. It was a great, fun and engaging activity to celebrate Halloween.
